# On Tigers and Elephants

Elephants and Tigers,  
Are majestic creatures,  
You daren't touch them,  
And if you think,  
I'm talking of an animal in skin,  
Here's your grave akin.

Pyre wielded by Power,  
Power wielding you,  
Your courage and majesty,  
Pyre hearths you till eternity.

For when the ashes fly-by,  
The *sin of courage* becomes your alibi,  
The *sin of virtue* culls your heir,  
Burdened by existence or fear.

Then the greatest floods,  
Drown you in sins of,  
*ALL VIRTUES YOU POSSESSED*

At first came the asetic,  
Then came the methodic,  
To be written over by the *machiavel rhetoric.*  
Then, as the last spoke of wheel turned,  
Came *Kali* the lunatic.

All that remains.  
Is a question.  
What's possession ?  
What's succession ?  
What's redemption ?  
What's salvation ?

And if the Elephant's majestic.  
Why did it corrupt ?
